We are not looking for employees. We are looking for freelancers who want to build something of their own, and we give them the room, the booking system and the visibility for it. Whatever grows out of that is yours.
FareWell ist ein Kosmetikstudio am Frauentorgraben, wenige Minuten vom Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof. Bei uns arbeiten bereits mehrere Selbständige unter einem Dach, jede und jeder mit eigenem Fach, eigenen Preisen und eigenen Kund:innen. FareWell is a beauty studio on Frauentorgraben, a few minutes from Nuremberg main station. Several freelancers already work here under one roof, each with their own craft, their own prices and their own clients.
Ein Ort für Menschen, die ihr Fach lieben oder sich ernsthaft dafür interessieren, und die einen Platz brauchen, um daraus etwas Eigenes zu machen. A place for people who love their craft, or are seriously curious about it, and who need somewhere to turn it into something of their own.

Wir erwarten den echten Willen, etwas Eigenes aufzubauen: eigene Handschrift, eigene Kund:innen, eigener Name. Kein Abarbeiten fremder Vorgaben. We expect a real will to build something of your own: your own signature, your own clients, your own name. Not working through someone else’s instructions.

Wir sind ein kleines Team und teilen uns die Räume. Das heißt kurze Wege, echte Absprachen und Rücksicht aufeinander statt Schichtplan von oben. We are a small team and we share the rooms. That means short paths, real conversations and consideration for each other rather than a rota handed down from above.
The deal is the same for everyone here, whether cosmetics, massage, yoga, dance or aesthetic medicine: we provide the place and everything around it, you bring your craft and your idea.
What runs when in the studio: three lanes sharing the week.
The studio runs to a fixed rhythm. Cosmetics and aesthetic medicine operate Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Massages are possible beyond that, from 08:00 to 22:00, because they have a room of their own. Yoga and dance need music, movement and space, so they do not sit next to a treatment in progress: their windows are before and after, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 09:00 and from 19:30, on Saturdays from 18:00 and on Sundays at any time.
Every lane has its own window, and no lane owns the day. Treatments hold the core, massages reach beyond it morning and evening, courses use the edges and Sundays. Which hours apply to your position is spelled out on the individual role page.
The grid shows what is possible, not what is taken. Within the windows the rule is simply first come, first served. A slot belongs to whoever claims it first, and it can just as easily be taken by another course or another freelancer. On top of that there is a hard rule in favour of quiet: where a massage or an injection treatment is booked, no yoga or dance class can take place alongside it. Treatments come before noise, not the other way round.
