Ärztliche Verantwortung ist bei uns kein Neuland: Einen Teil unserer Behandlungen bieten wir bereits unter ärztlicher Delegation an. In diese Struktur passt dein Angebot direkt hinein. Medical responsibility is not new territory here: some of our treatments are already offered under medical delegation. Your offering fits straight into that structure.
Your responsibilities
- Medical consultation, informed consent and indication, under your own responsibility
- Botulinum toxin injections and, if you wish, further aesthetic injection treatments
- Your own documentation and follow-up care for your patients
- Building and nurturing your own patient base with the support of the studio

Your profile
- A German medical licence (Approbation)
- Demonstrable experience with aesthetic injections, in particular botulinum toxin
- Confident handling of informed consent, documentation and emergency management
- Your own professional liability insurance for medical practice
- A genuine liking for honest advice and realistic expectations rather than maximum revenue
- Ideally an interest in helping develop the aesthetic offering over time

The studio runs to a fixed rhythm. Cosmetics and aesthetic medicine operate Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Massages are possible beyond that, from 08:00 to 22:00, because they have a room of their own. Yoga and dance need music, movement and space, so they do not sit next to a treatment in progress: their windows are before and after, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 09:00 and from 19:30, on Saturdays from 18:00 and on Sundays at any time.
Your window sits inside the treatment operation: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00, Saturdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Since many work alongside a practice or clinic, one fixed afternoon or early evening a week is usually enough. Classes with music cannot run in parallel: injection treatments need quiet, and quiet takes precedence.
The grid shows what is possible, not what is taken. Within the windows the rule is simply first come, first served. A slot belongs to whoever claims it first, and it can just as easily be taken by another course or another freelancer. On top of that there is a hard rule in favour of quiet: where a massage or an injection treatment is booked, no yoga or dance class can take place alongside it. Treatments come before noise, not the other way round.

The deal is the same for everyone here, whether cosmetics, massage, yoga, dance or aesthetic medicine: we provide the place and everything around it, you bring your craft and your idea.
- Room and equipment: A fully equipped treatment room in the centre of Nuremberg, Frauentorgraben 5. You use the salon’s rooms and its entire infrastructure.
- Your own page: Your own page on farewell.salon with your name, your services and your prices.
- Online booking: Your services live in the Salonkee booking system. Clients book you directly and you see your appointments on your phone.
- Your own Google Business profile: We help you set up your own profile step by step. It is free, the reviews belong to you, and if you move on one day you simply take it with you.
- Visibility: A launch video on our Instagram, reposts through our channels and the option to join our online campaigns.
- Google Ads if you want them: We set up your ads and explain how to steer them. You decide on the budget and you carry it.
- No admin overhead: The booking system, laundry, technology and the whole frame run in the background. You look after your clients.
- No fixed rent: You pay no room rent and no flat fee. We work with a revenue share that we agree together before you start.
- A brand of your own: A real will to build something of your own, rather than just working through hours.
- Your own input: Your own ideas, your own concept and the drive to carry it out. We provide the place, you provide the direction.
- Genuine self-employment: A registered trade or freelance activity, your own prices, your own clients, your own tools.
- Professional qualification: The training and the credentials your profession requires.
- Your own liability insurance: Your own professional liability cover. It protects you and the salon.
- Reliability: Keeping to agreed hours, taking hygiene standards seriously and leaving the shared room ready for the next person to start right away.

Frequently asked questions
What does using the space cost me, and how does the model work?
You pay no fixed rent and no flat fee. We work with a revenue share on your treatments. You source and take responsibility for prescription-only preparations yourself; they are not part of the share. We put the exact split and the settlement rhythm in writing at the first meeting, before you start.
Who do my patients belong to?
You. You treat under your own medical responsibility: your patients, your prices, your documentation. We actively encourage you to set up your own Google Business profile in your name. Reviews then land with you, and if you move on one day you simply take the profile and the reviews with you.
How do you support me at the start, for example with Google Business and visibility?
You get your own page on farewell.salon, your services in the Salonkee booking system, a launch video on our Instagram and reposts through our channels. We help you set up your own Google Business profile step by step, and if you want them we set up Google Ads and explain how to steer them; you decide on the budget. What we do not promise is a fixed income. How full your calendar gets depends in the end on your work.
Which qualification is non-negotiable?
A German medical licence (Approbation) and demonstrable experience with aesthetic injections. Botulinum toxin is prescription-only, and injecting it is reserved for physicians. Without a licence this role is not possible, which is why the requirement is stated up front.
How is the work embedded legally?
You treat under your own medical responsibility, with your own informed consent process, your own documentation and your own liability insurance. FareWell provides the room, the appointments, the booking system and the visibility. We already work with medical responsibility in the house: some of our cosmetic treatments are offered under medical delegation. Your offering fits directly into that structure.
Who sources the preparations and materials?
You source, store and take responsibility for prescription-only preparations yourself. We provide the room, the treatment couch, the hygiene infrastructure, the laundry and the booking system.
Can I do this alongside my own practice or clinic?
Yes. Many start with one fixed afternoon or evening per week. We do not expect you to be present without booked appointments, and we set the time slots together so they fit around your main role.
