FareWell · Nuremberg · Room for rent
Für immer sanft.
Want to go freelance as a beautician, massage therapist or yoga teacher and looking for a room? At FareWell you move into a fully set-up studio in the city centre: at a fixed rent from 200 € a month, or with no fixed costs at all on a revenue share.
In short
You do not need a studio of your own to go freelance. At FareWell you move into a set-up room and build your own offering there: your own clients, your own prices, your own name.
FareWell is a beauty studio at Frauentorgraben 5, a few minutes from Nuremberg main station. Several freelancers already work here under one roof, each with their own craft.
Du entscheidest, wie du zahlst. Beide Wege führen in denselben Raum, mit denselben Zeitfenstern. You decide how you pay. Both ways lead into the same room, with the same time slots.
You pay a fixed amount and keep everything you take in. Predictable for anyone who already brings regular clients. One fixed day a week costs 200 € a month; for more days or single evenings we will make you an offer.
So funktioniert der Deal No rent and no flat fee: FareWell receives a smaller share of what you actually take in. If a month is quiet, you pay less. How the deal works
Which windows we have opened: three lanes sharing the week. Almost all of them are free at the moment.

Open for
The grid shows open time windows, not bookings. Cosmetics and aesthetic medicine are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Beyond that, the room is open for massages from 08:00 to 22:00, because it is not tied to the cosmetics opening hours. Yoga and dance need music, movement and space, so they sit outside treatment hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 09:00 and from 19:30, on Saturdays from 18:00 and on Sundays at any time.
Every lane has its own window, and no lane owns the day. Cosmetics hold the core, massage reaches beyond it morning and evening, courses use the edges and Sundays. Which hours apply to your position is spelled out on the individual role page.
Worth understanding: these are windows we open, not hours in which somebody is already working. With a single exception they are all free at the moment. Whoever claims a window has it: first come, first served. And just as easily, a slot can be claimed by another course or another freelancer. One rule applies in favour of quiet: as soon as a massage or an injection treatment is booked with you, no yoga or dance class can take place at the same time. Treatments come before noise, not the other way round.

At FareWell, for example, at Frauentorgraben 5, a few minutes from Nuremberg main station. You move into a fully set-up treatment room and work there as a freelancer, with your own clients and your own prices. Only one beautician ever treats at a time here, so we agree your days and your focus together beforehand.
Yes. Alongside our revenue share model you can also use the room at a fixed rent: from 200 € a month for one fixed day a week. If you need more days or only single evenings, write to us with what you need and we will make you an offer.
There are two ways. On a revenue share you pay 0 € in fixed costs, and FareWell receives a smaller share of what you actually take in. On a fixed rent you pay from 200 € a month for one fixed day a week and keep all of your revenue; for more days or other time slots we will make you an offer.
Yes. You set your own fixed days, within the time slots in the weekly plan above. Treatments run Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, massage Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 22:00, and classes such as yoga or dance early in the morning from 07:00 to 09:00, in the evening from 19:30 and all day on Sunday.
Yes. For classes there is a quiet room for small groups and one-to-one sessions, early in the morning, in the evening and at the weekend. It is not a dance hall, but it sits right in the city centre. Whether a fixed rent for your class times or the revenue share fits better, we work out together.
Genuine self-employment, meaning a registered trade or a freelance activity, the training and credentials your profession requires, and your own professional liability insurance. Everything else you need on the way to self-employment is laid out step by step in our Freelancer Road.
Write to us about what you offer, on which days or at which times you need the room, and whether you would rather pay a fixed rent or work on the revenue share. We will come back to you with an offer and invite you to a first conversation at the studio.
Für immer sanft.
