Your trial session
Vor deinem offiziellen Start machen wir eine entspannte Probe. Du gibst Nicole und Joé eine Massage, damit wir deine Arbeit kennenlernen. Gleichzeitig filmen und fotografieren wir ein wenig, natürlich nur mit deinem Okay, damit wir schönes Video- und Fotomaterial für spätere Kampagnen haben. Before your official start we do a relaxed trial. You give Nicole and Joé a massage so we get to know your work. At the same time we film and photograph a little, only with your okay, so we have nice video and photo material for future campaigns.
Content help, within limits
Joé hilft gern ab und zu bei Inhalten, seine Zeit ist aber begrenzt. Dein eigenes Google Profil wird deshalb wichtig. Joé is happy to help with content now and then, but his time is limited. That is why your own Google profile matters.

Payment and your share
Du behältst 70%, FareWell behält 30%. Die Aufteilung wird auf den Nettobetrag gerechnet, also auf den Preis nachdem 19% Mehrwertsteuer abgezogen wurden. Ein Beispiel für eine Sitzung zu € 70,00: You keep 70%, FareWell keeps 30%. The split is calculated on the net amount, that is the price after 19% VAT has been removed. How you take payment
Du kannst über das System von FareWell kassieren oder mit deinem eigenen Kartengerät, das mit deinem Konto verbunden ist. Als Kleinunternehmer weist du keine Mehrwertsteuer aus, dein eigenes Gerät ist also völlig in Ordnung. You can take payment through the FareWell system or with your own card reader linked to your own account. As a Kleinunternehmer you do not add VAT, so using your own device is perfectly fine.
Settlement
Egal wie du kassierst, es gilt die Aufteilung 70 zu 30 auf den Nettobetrag. Den genauen Ablauf und Rhythmus klärst du beim Start mit Joé. Whichever way you take payment, the 70 to 30 split on the net amount applies. You settle the exact process and rhythm with Joé at signup.

Wir empfehlen dir sehr, ein eigenes Google Business Profil auf deinen Namen anzulegen. Es ist gratis und arbeitet leise im Hintergrund für dich. We strongly recommend setting up your own Google Business profile in your name. It is free and works quietly in the background for you.

It is portable
Wenn du eines Tages den Ort wechselst, behältst du das Profil und änderst einfach die Adresse. Deine Bewertungen ziehen mit dir um. If you ever move to another location, you keep the profile and simply change the address. Your reviews move with you.
Slow, but it compounds
Langsamer als Anzeigen, dafür baut es sich Woche für Woche von selbst weiter auf. Slower than ads, but it keeps building on its own, week after week.
The 20% perk for your clients
Am Ende jeder Sitzung gibst du deinem Kunden einen lebenslangen Rabatt von 20%. Sag ihm, dass er ihn für jede Leistung bei FareWell nutzen kann, mit zwei Ausnahmen: Yoga und Massage. At the end of every session, give your client a lifelong 20% discount. Tell them they can use it on every service at FareWell, with two exceptions: Yoga and massage.
Know the salon
Damit du den 20% Vorteil sicher weitergeben kannst, solltest du wissen, was FareWell macht, und es in ein, zwei Sätzen erklären können. Eine Unterscheidung ist uns wichtig, rechtlich und in der Sprache: So you can hand out that 20% perk with confidence, you should know what FareWell does and be able to explain it in a sentence or two. One distinction matters to us, legally and in how we speak:
Permanent hair removal
Only one method:

Long lasting treatments
Reduction, not permanent by law:

Supplies, laundry and the room
What we provide
- Aromaöle, Joé hat sie gekauft, nutze sie frei. Aroma oils, Joé bought them, use them freely.
- Wäsche ist geregelt. Du musst am Ende nur die Maschine anstellen. Laundry is taken care of. You just start the machine at the end.
What you bring
- Deine Verbrauchsmaterialien für die Massage, also alles, was pro Kunde aufgebraucht wird. Your single use consumables for the massage, that is everything used up per client.
- Massageöle wie Mandelöl. Da mehrere sich den Raum teilen, klärt ihr untereinander, ob ihr eine Flasche teilt oder jeder seine mitbringt. Massage oils like almond oil. Since several of you share the room, sort out among yourselves whether to share a bottle or each bring your own.
